Please see your condominium documents and communication from Residential Management for a complete and current list of property rules and guidelines.
Some general things to remember:
- All outside areas are owned in common, so if you want to do something that impacts the exterior of your building or any other common area, please check with the Condo Board or Residential Management first to find out if it's permissible.
- There is no on-street parking in the community. Please use your driveway or Visitor Parking.
- Rules about pets, rentals, etc. are all in your condo docs.
Effective 6/10/2021, the following rule was added:
Pets: All dog feces must be removed from the common areas of the community immediately by the owner. Pets may not be curbed in such a manner that they are causing damage to the common area lawns or other areas of the common elements. If feces is not picked up, the dog owner will be subject to a hearing and fine.
Effective 5/7/2018, the following rule was added:
CHARCOAL AND WOOD FIRE GRILLS: Effective immediately, charcoal or wood fire grills are not allowed to be used anywhere on the Richmond Hill property. Propane and electric grills are permitted on open decks only.
Effective 5/5/2016, the following rules were added:
SATELLITE DISHES: If there is a previous installation of one or more satellite dishes on the roof of the unit, all must be removed and the roof repaired before a new installation can be completed. Please see any member of the Board of Directors for the name of someone who can do this repair. Satellite dishes are to be installed at the rear of the roof so that they are least visible from the street.
RADON REMEDIATION: Any new installation of a radon remediation unit must use space on the interior of the unit and/or its garage, so that no pipes will be run up along the outside of any building.
RECYCLING: All corrugated cardboard boxes placed in the recycling dumpster must first be flattened in order to leave room for recycling by all residents. Moving boxes, for example, must not be placed in the dumpster until they have been knocked down flat. Clean corrugated boxes are not to be placed in the trash container.
